Handsome Tours, triple j, and Select Music are elated to present Thelma Plum, touring the country this October + November in support of her eagerly awaiting upcoming album, I’m Sorry, Now Say It Back.
The deeply personal and emotionally complicated album is the result of five years of writing, recording, and reflecting in studios around the world. Full of stories of heartbreak, positive affirmation, and in what has become a signature sideline for the singer songwriter, pop songs about dogs.
On her forthcoming sophomore album, Thelma shares, “This record has been a long time in the making. It was created with love, heartache, forgiveness and care in mind. It’s personal and kind of like I’m sharing pages from my diary with you, but it’s time for it to fly free." On the tour, Thelma notes, “It seems like forever since I did a national headline tour, but with a brand new album to choose songs from, the band and I are putting together a whole new show to play in these beautiful rooms. Can’t wait to show you all!”
Melbourne contemporary, alternative folk band The Slingers will support Thelma at these very special nights at Forum Melbourne.
