PHYSICAL ACCESS
The Flinders Street entrance has one small step up to a line of double doors. A ramp is positioned here during performances.
Forum I: Main Auditorium
The large auditorium on the ground floor has been remodelled into a cabaret style venue, seating 800 (cabaret style), and standing 1500 (concert style). There are flat entrances from the foyer to Forum I. A sloped floor leads to seating in booths and tables. For most seating, one or two steps must be scaled.
Forum II: Upstairs Auditorium
An intimate space seating 540-590 patrons. Access from Flinders Street is via the large railed staircases to the left and right of the foyer. Alternative access is via the side entrance in Russell Street. Again, there is a large staircase. The Auditorium is quite steeply raked and has no handrails.
TOILETS
Toilets are situated at the rear of the Forum I, near the Russell Street exit, and also in the upstairs foyer next to the bar.
A unisex accessible toilet is situated at the rear of Forum I, near the Russell Street exit.

OVER 18’s VENUE
Forum Melbourne is an over 18’s venue. Patrons must be able to present one of the following ID’s to gain entry: learner or driver’s license, passport, proof of age card, keypass. If patrons are unable to present a valid form of ID, we can not permit you entry to the venue, and on these grounds, we can not provide a refund for your tickets.

All bars accept card payments but no cash out is available. Closest ATM is at Federation Square.
LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED TICKETS
Lost, stolen or damaged tickets must be reported to Ticketmaster prior to the event day, or prior to 4pm on the event day.

Available on Mezzanine level, complimentary.
SEATING
Forum Melbourne has both general admission standing and reserved seating events. Customers can check the event page for further information. Booth seating can be purchased online when purchasing tickets for select shows.
