Genre-blending singer-songwriter honestav has added a night at Forum Melbourne for his highly anticipated Sweet American Boy tour, following overwhelming demand. After a standout support slot on mgk's tour earlier this year, honestav returns to give fans the chance to experience his raw, emotionally charged and deeply personal songwriting live. With the original Melbourne and Brisbane dates selling out, both shows have been upgraded to larger venues. The Melbourne performance will now take place at the iconic Forum, while the Brisbane show moves to Eatons Hill Hotel, allowing even more fans to experience honestav’s first-ever headline tour in Australia and New Zealand.
The tour announcement celebrates honestav’s highly anticipated new album Sweet American Boy, released June 19 this year. The album finds honestav at a turning point – written during and after a year spent touring across the world, the 16-track album expands the raw honesty that built his audience while pushing his sounds into new territory. Across the album, honestav wrestles with the weight of family history, addiction, grief, love, and more, capturing an artist caught between where he came from and where success is taking him. His upcoming Australia and New Zealand tour marks an exciting next chapter, offering fans in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland the chance to see him live in intimate settings, and immerse themselves in this new material alongside the folk, hip-hop, and alternative material that they have so passionately embraced.

Booth Ticket Holders: Please go to the Box Office on arrival at the venue to collect your wristband and our staff will then direct you to your booth. Note that a General Admission ticket plus a Booth Upgrade ticket must be purchased and presented together for booth access.
Please note the booths are a seated area and standing is not permitted. If you wish to stand, please move on to the floor standing section or behind the booths in the rear standing area.

Bag checks: Due to security requirements, you will be required to show the contents of your bag to venue staff. Prohibited items will not be allowed into the venue and may be confiscated or entry may be refused.
Cameras: Phone cameras and small point and shoot cameras are permitted. No larger cameras or cameras with detachable lenses are permitted. No flash photography.
