Leon Bridges

LEON BRIDGES today announces that he will be returning to Australia next month to play Sydney and Melbourne headline shows and Bluesfest. Bridges will hit Melbourne’s The Forum on Sunday 25th March and Sydney’s Metro Theatre on Wednesday 28th March.

Bridges visited Australia twice in 2016, mesmerising fans across two sold-out tours with stunning renditions from his Grammy-nominated debut album, Coming Home (2015), including crowd favourites ‘River’ and ‘Coming Home’.

2018 is set to be another stellar year for the Texan native, supporting Harry Styles on the South American leg of his world tour in May.

If that weren’t enough for the 28-year old, the two-time Grammy nominee has performed for President Barack Obama at the White House in 2016 (watch here), collaborated with Odesza on their single ‘Across The Room’, and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis on the stirring track ‘Kevin’, and has played at some of the world’s most iconic venues; including London’s Brixton Academy and New York’s Apollo Theatre. In 2017, Bridges’ standout hit, ‘River’, received further recognition when it was featured in the acclaimed television series “Big Little Lies” starring Nicole Kidman and Reese Witherspoon.
