Primal Scream

One of the most influential and exciting live bands in modern music, Scottish pioneers Primal Scream will return to Australia in January 2025 for their first shows down under since 2018. 

Responsible for one of music’s most groundbreaking albums in 1991’s Mercury prize-winning Screamadelica, the legends behind a string of hits such as ‘Movin’ on Up’, ‘Rocks’, ‘Country Girl’, ‘Loaded’, ‘Kill All Hippies’, ‘Come Together’, ‘Swastika Eyes’ and many more return this summer.

With their influence citied by Fontaines D.C. to Dua Lipa in 2024, Primal Scream return in celebration of Come Ahead – their new studio album, released 8th November (BMG). Led by singles ‘Love Insurrection’ and the brooding ‘Deep Dark Waters’, Come Ahead is the band’s 12^th full-length record and their first new music since 2016’s Chaosmosis. 11 new songs that find the group’s principal songwriter, vocalist and frontman Bobby Gillespie preparing to release some of the most personal songwriting of his band’s career.
