Rising country star Sam Barber is returning to Australia as he brings the Restless Mind Tour to stages across the country in April 2025.
Hailing from Southeast Missouri, 21-year-old Sam Barber has had a meteoric rise, releasing his debut album Restless Mind last month to rave reviews from fans and critics alike, with American Songwriter hailing the newcomer as a “Singer-Songwriter on the Brink of Stardom,” while Rolling Stone said, “the Country singer-songwriter delivers from the heart.” – further cementing Sam Barber as one to be on everyone’s radar.
Barber was thrust into the spotlight in 2022 when his original song ‘Straight and Narrow’, a bedroom recording of a song he’d written when he was just 16, went viral. A powerful acoustic track about overcoming life’s countless hurdles, the breakout track proved a US Platinum-certified sensation, reaching #1 on viral charts worldwide while landing on multi-format Billboard Charts, ‘Hot Rock Songs’, ‘Hot Rock & Alternative Songs’ and ‘Hot Country Songs’.
What followed was a whirlwind journey of showcasing his talent to the world. Making his live debut in June 2023 at The Basement in Nashville which proved a sell-out, three months later, he took the iconic Grand Ole Opry stage. In between, he played at Bruce Springsteen’s BST Hyde Park series as well as performances at Stagecoach, Lollapallooza and Australia’s own Ridin’ Hearts Festival.
Don’t miss Sam Barber’s epic return to Australia as he brings his powerful live show to stages across the country in April 2025.
