SEVENDUST ANNOUNCE 2027 AUSTRALIAN TOUR
Returning to Oz in February with Special Guests Caligula’s Horse
Iconic US hard rockers Sevendust will make their long-awaited return, bringing three decades of anthems and groove to Forum Melbourne in February 2027. Joining Sevendust on their first Australian tour in nearly a decade will be prog metal heroes Caligula's Horse.
Sevendust has built a legacy without parallel. Since their inception in 1994, the band have bulldozed a lane of their own with a proven one-two punch of rumbling grooves, unpredictable riffing and stirringly soulful vocals making them one of the most enduring forces in hard rock.
Powered by their full contact live shows and backed by one of the most diehard fanbases in heavy music, across their career the band have sold nearly eight million albums worldwide, amassed hundreds of millions of streams, scored three Top 15 debuts on the Billboard 200, earned a GRAMMY® Award nomination for Best Metal Performance, packed out venues and appeared on some of the world’s biggest stages. Their reputation as collaborators is equally wide-ranging, having worked with artists and members of bands including Deftones, Creed, Periphery, Xzibit and Daughtry.
The Australian tour arrives following the release of the band’s 15th studio record, ONE. Unleashed earlier this year, the album is a solid reminder as to why Sevendust have earned their place in the heavy music pantheon, with Kerrang! declaring the band to be “a quintet that have mastered their art”.
Joining Sevendust on the run will be Australian prog metal outfit Caligula’s Horse. Over the course of six albums and countless tours of the world - which include sharing stages with fellow luminaries Devin Townsend and Opeth - the Brisbane quartet have established themselves as one of genre’s leading lights. Blending dynamic, soaring soundscapes with intricate musicianship and immense emotional depth, Caligula’s Horse will bring a distinctly expansive edge to the evening.
It’s been a long wait for the local arm of the 7D Army, don’t miss the chance to witness this revered institution when they return in 2027.
