Trentemøller
Copenhagen-based alternative/electronic mastermind Trentemøller is returning to Australia in April 2025, bringing his alternative anthems and five-piece band to Forum Melbourne on Sunday 6 April.
He will be playing adored tracks from his career spanning discography, along with new songs from his latest album Dreamweaver including singles "A Different Light” and the album’s title track. Dreamweaver weaves together 10 mesmerizing songs that encapsulate the true essence of Trentemøller. The new album has been met with high praise by industry and media alike. Brooklyn Vegan said, “Gothy shoegaze has never been more popular than now and it’s good that vets like him are still showing the kids how it’s done.”

Arriving on the scene in the early 2000s, he quickly reached critical acclaim. With incredible live performance accolades under his belt including Coachella, Glastonbury and more, Trentemøller is a multiple-award winner at the Danish Music Awards and Danish DeeJay Award winner and was nominated for two GRAMMY Awards for his renowned remix of Franz Ferdinand’s “No You Girls”.
Known for his alternative/dream-pop discography, his records The Last Resort (2006), Into The Great Yonder (2010), Lost (2013), Fixion (2016), Obverse (2019) and Memoria (2022) remain cherished indie albums.
